

His Excellency Frederick Hamley Case, was recently accredited Non-resident Ambassador of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana to the Slovak Republic.
The High Commissioner to the Co-operative Republic of Guyana in London, HE Mr. Frederick H. Case, presented his Letters of Credence to the President of the Slovak Republic, His Excellency Andrej Kiska on 21 May 2019.
Guyana and the Slovak Republic established diplomatic relations on January 1, 1993.

On April 16, 2019, His Excellency Frederick Hamley Case became the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana to the Republic of Latvia.
He presented his Letters of Credence to the President of Latvia, His Excellency Raimonds Vējonis. Guyana and Latvia established diplomatic relations on March 16, 2005.
His Excellency Frederick Hamley Case is also Guyana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.

His Excellency Frederick Hamley Case, High Commissioner of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana to the United Kingdom, presented his credentials to the Ms. Audrey Azoulay, Director General of UNESCO as the Permanent Delegate of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana to UNESCO on 1 March 2019.
During his meeting with the Director General the Permanent Delegate engaged in discussions on the enhancement of Guyana within UNESCO, exploring how best the country could access programmes beneficial to national development and raise its profile within the Organisation.

On 20 February 2019 His Excellency Frederick Hamley Case, High Commissioner of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana to the United Kingdom, deposited eleven IMO related Instruments of ratification/accession with Secretary General Kitack Lim of the International Maritime Organisation.
The Treaties address several maritime areas of importance including marine pollution, dumping waste at sea and responding to pollution incidents involving hazardous and noxious substances.
Presentation of Credentials by Guyana’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Estonia

H.E. Frederick Hamley Case, Ambassador of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana to the Republic of Estonia, presented his Letters of Credence to H.E. Mrs. Kersti Kaljulaid, President of the Republic of Estonia, in Tallin, on 24 January 2019. Ambassador Case will be resident in London.
During his official visit the Ambassador met with the Director of the Division for Asia, Africa, Australia and Latin America in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Speaker of the National Assembly and the Ambassador at Large for the Estonian U.N. Security Council Task Force. In addition the Ambassador also engaged the E-Governance Academy in discussions to further pursue development cooperation between the two states in the area.
Guyana and Estonia established diplomatic relations on 19 April 1997.
Presentation of Credentials – Guyana’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Iceland

H.E. Frederick Hamley Case, Non-Resident Ambassador of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana to Iceland presented his Credentials to H.E. Mr. Guoni Thorlacius Jóhannesson, President of Iceland on 6 November 2018. Ambassador Case who is also Guyana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will be resident in London.
The Ambassador, during his official visit to Reykjavik, had meetings with Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs including the Permanent Secretary of State, the Director General for International Security Affairs and the Deputy Director General for External and Economic Affairs.
The Ambassador also engaged in discussions with the Director General, International Projects/Public Relations of the National Energy Authority of Iceland, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industries and Innovation and the Chamber of Commerce in an effort to explore areas for enhanced cooperation between the two States.
Guyana and Iceland established formal diplomatic relations on 10 March 2005.
Presentation Of Credentials – Guyana’s Non-Resident Ambassador To The Russian Federation

On 11 October 2018 H.E. Frederick Hamley Case Non- Resident Ambassador of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana to the Russian Federation presented his Credentials to H.E. Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation. Ambassador Case who is also Guyana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will be resident in London.
The Ambassador during his official visit to Moscow met with the Deputy Foreign Minister Hon. Alexander V. Grushko and Mr. Alexander Shchetinin Director of the Department of Latin America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Case also held discussions with the Management of Rusal and is expected to engage the Guyanese students and other members of the diaspora in Moscow. Guyana and the Russian Federation established formal diplomatic relations on 17 December 1970.
