GUYANESE POET YVONNE SAM’S PUBLICATION
Guyana born poet Yvonne Sam has published a book of poetry entitled “Life’s Many Faces: Fun-on-the-Run”. The book has been described as “a collection of ballads…conveying a message of positivity, strength and tenacity”.
Ms Sam, resident in Canada, holds a M.Ed in Education from Mc Gill University in Montreal, BSCN in Nursing from Athabasca University, Alberta and a Diploma in Adult Education from Concordia University in Montreal.

Guyana born author Steve Connolly has has published Children of Watooka to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Guyana’s independence.
